WILL YHVH CAST OFF FOREVER?
WILL HE NEVER BE FAVORABLE ANYMORE?
IS HIS LOVINGKINDNESS GONE FOREEVER?
HAS HIS WORD FAILED FOR ALL GENERATIONS?
HAS ELOHIM FORGOTTEN TO BE GRACIOUS?
HAS HE IN ANGER SHUT UP HIS TENDER MERCIES?
PSALM 77:7-9
Just as these questions raced through the heart and mind of David, king of Israel, thousands of years ago, so too they have been on the hearts and minds of many generations of Elohim's chosen people. Even to this very day, both Jew and Christian, who believe in the Elohim of Israel, the Elohim of the Bible, are wondering and searching in order to know and understand the mysteries of their Elohim. The scriptures in this Manuscript were assembled to help shed a ray of light upon these stirring questions and to amplify to the listener (Hear O Israel) the whispers of:
The following compilation of Scriptures was put together in 1983. Its purpose is to "awaken the lost sheep of the House of Israel" It is NOT a study guide. It is an in-part revelation that will continue to unfold in the future. It is NOT to replace the Bible, but it is the Word of YHVH from the mouth of His holy prophets and apostles from of old.
"Repent ye therefore, and be converted that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of YHVH. And He shall send Yeshua the Messiah, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which Elohim has spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets from of old" (Acts. 3:19-21).
"The spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets [of the scriptures], for Elohim is not the author of confusion, but of peace…" (1Cor. 14:32-33).

INTRODUCTION
"This is what YHVH, the Elohim of Israel, says: `Write in a book all the words I have spoken to you. The days are coming,' declares YHVH, `when I will bring my people Israel and Judah back from captivity and restore them to the land I gave their forefathers to possess,'" (Jer 30:2-3) "Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay” (Hab 2:2-3) YHVH said to me, "You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled" (Jer 1:12).
This is what YHVH, the Almighty says: "You who now hear these words spoken by the prophets who were there when the foundation was laid for the house of YHVH, the Almighty, let your hands be strong so that the temple may be built” (Zech 8:9). "On that day I will raise up the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down, and repair its damages; I will raise up its ruins, and rebuild it as in the days of old; so that they may possess the remnant of Edom, and all the nations who are called by My name," says YHVH who does this thing” (Amos 9:11-12, Acts 15:16-17).
"Therefore say to them, `This is what the Sovereign Elohim says: None of my words will be delayed any longer; whatever I say will be fulfilled, declares YHVH, the Sovereign'" (Eze 12:28). "Look at the nations and watch-- and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told” (Hab1:5).
So when they (the disciples) met together, they asked him (Yeshua), "Master, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?" He said to them: "It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority’” (Acts 1:6-7). He told them that, "The mystery of the kingdom of Elohim has been given to you. But to those on the outside everything is said in parables” (Mark 4:11). Therefore "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Torah or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Torah until everything is accomplished” (Matt 5:17-18). "How foolish you are, and how slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken!” (Luke 24:25).
"Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of YHVH, and that He may send Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah, who was preached to you before, whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which YHVH has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets from ancient time” (Acts 3:19-21).
“But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of Elohim will be accomplished, just as He announced to his servants the prophets." Amos 3:7, “Surely YHVH the Sovereign does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets” (Rev 10:7).
CONCERNING ZION
"This is what YHVH says-- Israel's King and Redeemer, YHVH Almighty: I Am the first and I Am the last; apart from me there is no Elohim. Who then is like me? Let him proclaim it. Let him declare and lay out before me what has happened since I established my ancient people (Israel)” (Isa 44:6-7). “Declare what is to be, present it-- let them take counsel together. Who foretold this long ago, who declared it from the distant past? Was it not I, YHVH? And there is no Elohim apart from me, a righteous Elohim and a Savior; there is none but me” (Isa 45:21). Do not tremble and do not be afraid. Did I not proclaim this and foretell it long ago? You are my witnesses. Is there any Elohim besides me? No, there is no other Rock; I know not one" (Isa 44: 8). "This is what YHVH says-- the Holy One of Israel, and its Maker: Concerning things to come, do you question me about my children, or give me orders about the work of my hands?” (Isa 45:11). “When he [Jacob] sees his children, the work of My hands, in his midst, [you] will hallow My name, and hallow the Holy One of Jacob, and fear the Elohim of Israel. These also who erred in spirit will come to understanding, and those who complained will learn doctrine" (Isa. 29:23-24).
"Hear, O my people, and I will speak, O Israel, and I will testify in you: I am Elohim, your Elohim” (Psa 50:7). “Declare what is to be, present it-- let them take counsel together. Who foretold this long ago, who declared it from the distant past? Was it not I, YHVH? And there is no Elohim apart from me, a righteous Elohim and a Savior; there is none but me” (Isa 45:21). “For this is what YHVH says-- he who created the heavens, he is Elohim; he who fashioned and made the earth, he founded it; he did not create it to be empty, but formed it to be inhabited-- he says: "I am YHVH, and there is no other. I have not spoken in secret, from somewhere in a land of darkness; I have not said to Jacob's descendants, `Seek me in vain.' I, YHVH speak the truth; I declare what is right” (Isa 45:18-19).
"Turn to me and be saved, all you ends of the earth; for I am Elohim, and there is no other. By myself I have sworn, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear. They will say of me, `In YHVH alone is righteousness and strength.'" All who have raged against will come to him and be put to shame” (Isa 45:22-24). "Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness and who seek YHVH: Look to the rock from which you were cut and to the quarry from which you were hewn; look to Abraham, your father, and to Sarah, who gave you birth. When I called him he was but one then I blessed him and made him many” (Isa. 51:1-2). “It is not that the word of Elohim has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel, nor are they all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, "In Isaac your seed shall be called." That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of Elohim; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed. For this is the word of promise: "At this time I will come and Sarah shall have a son" (Rom 9:6-9).
"Listen to me, my people; hear me, my nation: The Torah will go out from me; my justice will become a light to the nations” (Isa.51:4). "I, even I am he who comforts you. Who are you that you fear mortal men, the sons of men, who are but grass” (Isa 51:12). For I am YHVH, your Elohim, who churns up the sea so that its waves roar—YHVH Almighty is his name. I have put my words in your mouth and covered you with the shadow of my hand-- I who set the heavens in place, who laid the foundations of the earth, and who say to Zion, `You are my people.'" (Isa 51:15-16). “But Zion said, "YHVH has forsaken me, YHVH has forgotten me. Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me. Your sons hasten back, and those who laid you waste depart from you. Lift up your eyes and look around; all your sons gather and come to you. As surely as I live," declares YHVH, "you will wear them all as ornaments; you will put them on, like a bride. Though you were ruined and made desolate and your land laid waste, now you will be too small for your people, and those who devoured you will be far away. The children born during your bereavement will yet say in your hearing, `This place is too small for us; give us more space to live in.' Then you will say in your heart, `Who bore me these? I was bereaved and barren; I was exiled and rejected. Who brought these up? I was left all alone, but these-- where have they come from?'" (Isa 49:14-21).
This is what the Sovereign Lord says: "See, I will beckon to the Nations, I will lift up my banner to the peoples; they will bring your sons in their arms and carry your daughters on their shoulders. (Isa 49:22) "Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your descendants will dispossess nations and settle in their desolate cities. "Do not be afraid; you will not suffer shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood. For your Maker is our husband—YHVH Almighty is his name-- the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; he is called the Elohim of all the earth. YHVH will call you back as if you were a wife deserted and distressed in spirit-- a wife who married young, only to be rejected," says your Elohim. "For a brief moment I abandoned you, but with deep compassion I will bring you back. In a surge of anger I hid my face from you for a moment, but with everlasting kindness I will have compassion on you," says YHVH your Redeemer” (Isa 54:2-8).
“No longer will they call you ‘Deserted’, or name your land ‘Desolate’. But you will be called ‘Hephzibah’, and your land ‘Beulah’; for YHVH will take delight in you, and your land will be married. As a young man marries a maiden, so will your sons marry you; as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so will your Elohim rejoice over you” (Isa 62:4-5). "Sing, O barren woman, you who never bore a child; burst into song, shout for joy, you who were never in labor; because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband," says YHVH” (Isa 54:1).
“This is what YHVH Almighty says: "I am very jealous for Zion; I am burning with jealousy for her. I will return to Zion and dwell in Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the City of Truth, and the mountain of YHVH Almighty will be called the Holy Mountain." This is what YHVH Almighty says: "Once again men and women of ripe old age will sit in the streets of Jerusalem, each with cane in hand because of his age. The city streets will be filled with boys and girls playing there." This is what YHVH Almighty says: "It may seem marvelous to the remnant of this people at that time, but will it seem marvelous to me?" declares YHVH Almighty” (Zech 8:2-6).
“For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem's sake I will not remain quiet, till her righteousness shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch. The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory; you will be called by a new name that the mouth of YHVH will bestow. You will be a crown of splendor in YHVH's hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your Elohim” (Isa 62:1-3).
“Many peoples will come and say, "Come, let us go up to the mountain of YHVH, to the house of the Elohim of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths." The Torah will go out from Zion, the word of YHVH from Jerusalem” (Isa 2:3).
“Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and all that move in them, for Elohim will save Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah. Then people will settle there and possess it; the children of his servants will inherit it, and those who love his name will dwell there” (Psa 69:34-36). “But you, O Lord, sit enthroned forever; your renown endures through all generations. You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come. For her stones are dear to your servants; her very dust moves them to pity. The nations will fear the name of YHVH, all the kings of the earth will revere your glory. For YHVH will rebuild Zion and appear in his glory” (Psa 102:12-16).

CONCERNING THE FATHERS AND THEIR SEED
YHVH said to Abram, "Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you. "I will make you into a great nation (goy) and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you" (Gen 12:1-3). “YHVH said to Abram after Lot had parted from him, "Lift up your eyes from where you are and look north and south, east and west. All the land that you see I will give to you and your offspring forever. I will make your offspring like the dust of the earth, so that if anyone could count the dust, then your offspring could be counted” (Gen 13:14-16).
Then the word of YHVH came to him [Abram]: "This man will not be your heir, but a son coming from your own body will be your heir." He took him outside and said, "Look up at the heavens and count the stars-- if indeed you can count them." Then he said to him, "So shall your offspring be." Abram believed YHVH, and he credited it to him as righteousness” (Gen 15:4-6).
When Abram was ninety-nine years old, YHVH appeared to him and said, "I am Elohim Almighty; walk before me and be blameless. I will confirm my covenant between me and you and will greatly increase your numbers." Abram fell facedown, and Elohim said to him, "As for me, this is my covenant with you: You will be the father of many nations. No longer will you be called Abram; your name will be Abraham, for I have made you a father of many nations. I will make you very fruitful; I will make nations of you, and kings will come from you. I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your Elohim and the Elohim of your descendants after you. The whole land of Canaan, where you are now an alien, I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you; and I will be their Elohim” (Gen 17:1-8).
Elohim also said to Abraham, "As for Sarai your wife, you are no longer to call her Sarai; her name will be Sarah. I will bless her and will surely give you a son by her. I will bless her so that she will be the mother of nations; kings of peoples will come from her." Abraham fell facedown; he laughed and said to himself, "Will a son be born to a man a hundred years old? Will Sarah bear a child at the age of ninety?" And Abraham said to Elohim, "If only Ishmael might live under your blessing!" Then Elohim said, "Yes, but your wife Sarah will bear you a son, and you will call him Isaac. I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his seed after him. And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation. But my covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah will bear to you by this time next year" (Gen 17:15-21).
Then YHVH said, "Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do (concerning Sodom and Gamorrah)? Abraham will surely become a great and powerful nation, and all nations on earth will be blessed through him. For I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of YHVH by doing what is right and just, so that YHVH will bring about for Abraham what he has promised him" (Gen 18:17-19).
“Some time later Elohim tested Abraham. He said to him, "Abraham!" "Here I am," he replied. Then Elohim said, "Take your son, your only son, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about" (Gen 22:1-2). “Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and placed it on his son Isaac, and he himself carried the fire and the knife. As the two of them went on together, Isaac spoke up and said to his father Abraham, "Father?" "Yes, my son?" Abraham replied. "The fire and wood are here," Isaac said, "but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?" Abraham answered, "Elohim himself will provide the lamb for the burnt offering, my son." And the two of them went on together” (Gen 22:6-8).
“When they reached the place Elohim had told him about, Abraham built an altar there and arranged the wood on it. He bound his son Isaac and laid him on the altar, on top of the wood. Then he reached out his hand and took the knife to slay his son. But the angel of YHVH called out to him from heaven, Abraham! Abraham!" "Here I am," he replied. "Do not lay a hand on the boy," he said. "Do not do anything to him. Now I know that you fear Elohim, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son." Abraham looked up and there in a thicket he saw a ram caught by its horns. He went over and took the ram and sacrificed it as a burnt offering instead of his son. So Abraham called that place YHVH Will Provide. And to this day it is said, "On the mountain of YHVH it will be provided." The angel of YHVH called to Abraham from heaven a second time and said, "I swear by myself, declares YHVH, that because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son, I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me" (Gen 22:9-18).
“What then shall we say that Abraham our father has found according to the flesh?” (Rom 4:1). “For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith” (Rom. 4:13). “And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while still uncircumcised, that he might be [seen as] the father of all those who believe, though they are uncircumcised, that righteousness might be imputed to them also, and the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision, but who also walk in the steps of the faith which our father Abraham had while still uncircumcised” (Rom. 4:11-12). “Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all, (as it is written, "I have made you a father of many nations") (Rom 4:16-17).
“Now there was a famine in the land-- besides the earlier famine of Abraham's time-- and Isaac went to Abimelech king of the Philistines in Gerar. YHVH appeared to Isaac and said, "Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land where I tell you to live. Stay in this land for a while, and I will be with you and will bless you. For to you and your seed I will give all these lands and will confirm the oath I swore to your father Abraham. I will make your seed as numerous as the stars in the sky and will give them all these lands, and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because Abraham obeyed me and kept my requirements, my commands, my decrees and my laws" (Gen 26:1-5).
“From there he [Isaac] went up to Beersheba. That night YHVH appeared to him and said, "I am the Elohim of your father Abraham. Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bless you and will increase the number of your seed for the sake of my servant Abraham" (Gen 26:23-24).
“For this was how the promise was stated: "At the appointed time I will return, and Sarah will have a son." Not only that, but Rebekah's children had one and the same father, our father Isaac. Yet, before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad-- in order that Elohim's purpose in election might stand: not by works but by him who calls--she was told, "The older will serve the younger." Just as it is written: "Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated." What then shall we say? Is Elohim unjust? Not at all! For he says to Moses, "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." It does not, therefore, depend on man's desire or effort, but on Elohim's mercy. (Rom 9:9-16).
“Jacob left Beersheba and set out for Haran. When he reached a certain place, he stopped for the night because the sun had set. Taking one of the stones there, he put it under his head and lay down to sleep. He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of Elohim were ascending and descending on it. here above it stood YHVH, and he said: "I am YHVH, the Elohim of your father Abraham and the Elohim of Isaac. I will give you and your descendants the land on which you are lying. Your seed will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring. I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you." When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he thought, "Surely YHVH is in this place, and I was not aware of it." He was afraid and said, "How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of Elohim; this is the gate of heaven" (Gen 28:10-17).
“After Jacob returned from Paddan Aram, Elohim appeared to him again and blessed him. Elohim said to him, "Your name is Jacob, but you will no longer be called Jacob; your name will be Israel." So he named him Israel. And Elohim said to him, "I am Elohim Almighty; be fruitful and increase in number. A nation (goy) and a community of nations (goyim) will come from you, and kings will come from your body. The land I gave to Abraham and Isaac I also give to you, and I will give this land to your descendants after you" (Gen 35:9-12).
“And Elohim spoke to Israel in a vision at night and said, "Jacob! Jacob!" "Here I am," he replied. "I am Elohim, the Elohim of your father," he said. "Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for I will make you into a great nation (goy) there. I will go down to Egypt with you, and I will surely bring you back again. And Joseph's own hand will close your eyes. Then Jacob left Beersheba, and Israel's sons took their father Jacob and their children and their wives in the carts that Pharaoh had sent to transport him. They also took with them their livestock and the possessions they had acquired in Canaan, and Jacob and all his offspring went to Egypt. He took with him to Egypt his sons and grandsons and his daughters and granddaughters-- all his offspring” (Gen 46:2-7).
“Now Jacob sent Judah ahead of him to Joseph to get directions to Goshen. When they arrived in the region of Goshen, Joseph had his chariot made ready and went to Goshen to meet his father Israel. As soon as Joseph appeared before him, he threw his arms around his father and wept for a long time. Israel said to Joseph, "Now I am ready to die, since I have seen for myself that you are still alive" (Gen 46:28-30).
“When Israel saw the sons of Joseph, he asked, "Who are these?" "They are the sons Elohim has given me here," Joseph said to his father. Then Israel said, "Bring them to me so I may bless them." Now Israel's eyes were failing because of old age, and he could hardly see. So Joseph brought his sons close to him, and his father kissed them and embraced them. Israel said to Joseph, "I never expected to see your face again, and now Elohim has allowed me to see your children too." Then Joseph removed them from Israel's knees and bowed down with his face to the ground. And Joseph took both of them, Ephraim on his right toward Israel's left hand and Manasseh on his left toward Israel's right hand, and brought them close to him. But Israel reached out his right hand and put it on Ephraim's head, though he was the younger, and crossing his arms, he put his left hand on Manasseh's head, even though Manasseh was the firstborn. Then he blessed Joseph and said, "May the Elohim before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked, the Elohim who has been my shepherd all my life to this day, the Angel who has delivered me from all harm- may he bless these boys. May they be called by my name (Israel) and the names of my fathers Abraham and Isaac, and may they increase greatly upon the earth" (Gen 48:8-16).
“When Joseph saw his father placing his right hand on Ephraim's head he was displeased; so he took hold of his father's hand to move it from Ephraim's head to Manasseh's head. Joseph said to him, "No, my father, this one is the firstborn; put your right hand on his head." But his father refused and said, "I know, my son, I know. He too will become a people, and he too will become great. Nevertheless, his younger brother will be greater than he, and his seed will become the fullness of the nations/gentiles (goyim)" (Gen 48:17-19).
“In days to come Jacob will take root, Israel will bud and blossom and fill all the world with fruit” (Isa 27:6). "The Israelites will be like the sand on the seashore, which cannot be measured or counted. But in the place where it was said to them (the house of Israel/Ephraim), `You are not my people,' they will be called `sons of the living Elohim' (Hos 1:10). “The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of Elohim to be revealed” (Rom 8:19) “I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the “fullness of the Gentiles/nations” has come in [reference back to Gen 48:19 and the prophetic destiny of the House of Joseph/Ephraim]. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: "The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn Elohimlessness away from Jacob. And this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins." As far as the gospel is concerned, they (the house of Judah/Israel) are enemies on your account; but as far as election is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs, for Elohim's gifts and his call are irrevocable” (Rom 11:25-29). For I will have mercy on the house of Judah, will save them by YHVH their Elohim, and will not save them by bow, nor by sword or battle, by horses or horsemen" (Hos 1:7).
“This is what YHVH says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar—YHVH Almighty is his name: "Only if these decrees vanish from my sight," declares YHVH, "will the seed of Israel ever cease to be a nation (goy) before me." This is what YHVH says: "Only if the heavens above can be measured and the foundations of the earth below be searched out will I reject all the seed of Israel because of all they have done," declares YHVH” (Jer 31:35-37). For I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says YHVH. But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says YHVH, I will put My Torah in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their Elohim, and they shall be My people” (Jer 31:31-33).
“Know therefore that YHVH your Elohim is Elohim; he is the faithful Elohim, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands. But those who hate him he will repay to their face by destruction; he will not be slow to repay to their face those who hate him. Therefore, take care to follow the commands, decrees and laws I give you today” (Deut 7:9-11). “For you are a people holy to YHVH your Elohim. YHVH your Elohim has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession. YHVH did not set his affection on you and choose you because you were more numerous than other peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples. But it was because YHVH loved you and kept the oath he swore to your forefathers that he brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the land of slavery, from the power of Pharaoh king of Egypt” (Deut 7:6-8).
“And now, O Israel, what does YHVH your Elohim ask of you but to fear YHVH your Elohim, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve YHVH your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul, and to observe YHVH’s commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good? To YHVH your Elohim belong the heavens, even the highest heavens, the earth and everything in it. Yet YHVH set his affection on your forefathers and loved them, and he chose you, their seed, above all the nations, as it is today. Circumcise your hearts, therefore, and do not be stiff-necked any longer. For YHVH your Elohim is Elohim of Elohims and Lord of lords, the great Elohim, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality and accepts no bribes” (Deut 10:12-17).
O seed of Abraham his servant, O sons of Jacob, his chosen ones. He is YHVH our Elohim; his judgments are in all the earth. He remembers his covenant forever, the word he commanded, for a thousand generations, the covenant he made with Abraham, the oath he swore to Isaac. He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant: "To you I will give the land of Canaan as the portion you will inherit." When they were but few in number, few indeed, and strangers in it, they wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another. He allowed no one to oppress them; for their sake he rebuked kings: "Do not touch my anointed ones; do my prophets no harm" (Psa 105:6-15).
“Who shall bring a charge against Elohim's elect? It is Elohim who justifies” (Rom 8:33). “For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified” (Rom 8:29-30). So that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, even us whom He called, not of the Jews (House of Judah) only, but also of the Gentiles/nations (House of Israel/Ephraim)? As He says also in Hosea: "I will call them My people, who were not My people, and her beloved, who was not beloved.""And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them, 'You are not My people,' There they shall be called sons of the living Elohim" (Rom 9:23-26) (Hos 2:23).

CONCERNING THE HOUSE OF JACOB
“O my people, hear my teaching; listen to the words of my mouth. I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter hidden things, things from of old-- what we have heard and known, what our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of YHVH, his power, and the wonders he has done. He decreed statutes for Jacob and established the law in Israel, which he commanded our forefathers to teach their children, so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children. Then they would put their trust in Elohim and would not forget his deeds but would keep his commands. They would not be like their forefathers-- a stubborn and rebellious generation, whose hearts were not loyal to Elohim, whose spirits were not faithful to him”… “their hearts were not loyal to him, they were not faithful to his covenant” (Psa 78: 1-8; 37).
“At Horeb they made a calf and worshiped an idol cast from metal. They exchanged their glory for an image of a bull, which eats grass. They forgot the Elohim who saved them, who had done great things in Egypt…They yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor and ate sacrifices offered to lifeless Elohims…they mingled with the nations and adopted their customs. They worshiped their idols, which became a snare to them” (Psa 106:19-21, 28, 35-36).
“Yet he was merciful; he forgave their iniquities and did not destroy them. Time after time he restrained his anger and did not stir up his full wrath. He remembered that they were but flesh, a passing breeze that does not return. How often they rebelled against him in the desert and grieved him in the wasteland! Again and again they put Elohim to the test; they vexed the Holy One of Israel…But he brought his people out like a flock; he led them like sheep through the desert. He guided them safely, so they were unafraid; but the sea engulfed their enemies. Thus he brought them to the border of his holy land, to the hill country his right hand had taken. He drove out nations before them and allotted their lands to them as an inheritance; he settled the tribes of Israel in their homes. But they put Elohim to the test and rebelled against the Most High; they did not keep his statutes. Like their fathers they were disloyal and faithless, as unreliable as a faulty bow” (Psa 78:38-41, 52-57).
“They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons. They shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, the land was desecrated by their blood. They defiled themselves by what they did; by their deeds they prostituted themselves…Then they despised the pleasant land; they did not believe his promise. They grumbled in their tents and did not obey YHVH. So he swore to them with uplifted hand that he would make them fall in the desert, make their descendants fall among the nations and scatter them throughout the lands” (Psa 106:37-39, 24-27).
For although they knew Elohim, they neither glorified him as Elohim nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal Elohim for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles. Therefore Elohim gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth of Elohim for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator-- who is forever praised. Amen” (Rom 1:21-25). They angered him with their high places; they aroused his jealousy with their idols. When Elohim heard them, he was very angry; he greatly abhorred Israel/Ephraim” (Psa 78:58-59)…
Moreover He rejected the tent of Joseph, and did not choose the tribe of Ephraim, but chose the tribe of Judah, Mount Zion which He loved” (Psa 78:67-68). "But you also [House of Judah] are trusting in deceptive words that are worthless. Will you steal and murder, commit adultery and perjury, burn incense to Baal and follow other Elohims you have not known, and then come and stand before me in this house, which bears my Name, and say, "We are safe"-- safe to do all these detestable things? Has this house, which bears my Name, become a den of robbers to you? But I have been watching!" declares YHVH” (Jer. 7:8-11).
"The multitude of your sacrifices-- what are they to me?" says YHVH. "I have more than enough of burnt offerings, of rams and the fat of fattened animals; I have no pleasure in the blood of bulls and lambs and goats. When you come to appear before me, who has asked this of you, this trampling of my courts? Stop bringing meaningless offerings! Your incense is detestable to me. New Moons, Sabbaths and convocations-- I cannot bear your evil assemblies. Your New Moon festivals and your appointed feasts my soul hates. They have become a burden to me; I am weary of bearing them. When you spread out your hands in prayer, I will hide my eyes from you; even if you offer many prayers, I will not listen. Your hands are full of blood” (Isa 1:11-15).
For when I brought your forefathers out of Egypt and spoke to them, I did not just give them commands about burnt offerings and sacrifices, but I gave them this command: Obey me, and I will be your Elohim and you will be my people. Walk in all the ways I command you that it may go well with you. But they did not listen or pay attention; instead, they followed the stubborn inclinations of their evil hearts. They went backward and not forward. From the time your forefathers left Egypt until now, day after day, again and again I sent you my servants the prophets. (Jer 7:22-25) They said, "Turn now, each of you, from your evil ways and your evil practices, and you can stay in the land YHVH gave to you and your fathers for ever and ever. Do not follow other Elohims to serve and worship them; do not provoke me to anger with what your hands have made. Then I will not harm you. But you did not listen to me," declares YHVH, "and you have provoked me with what your hands have made, and you have brought harm to yourselves" (Jer 25:5-7).
“For this is what YHVH Almighty, the Elohim of Israel, says: ‘Before your eyes and in your days I will bring an end to the sounds of joy and gladness and to the voices of bride and bridegroom in this place. When you tell these people all this and they ask you, `Why has YHVH decreed such a great disaster against us? What wrong have we done? What sin have we committed against YHVH our Elohim?' then say to them, `It is because your fathers forsook me,' declares YHVH, `and followed other Elohims and served and worshiped them. They forsook me and did not keep my Torah. But you have behaved more wickedly than your fathers. See how each of you is following the stubbornness of his evil heart instead of obeying me. So I will throw you out of this land into a land neither you nor your fathers have known, and there you will serve other Elohims day and night, for I will show you no favor.' (Jer 16: 9-13). "For I will give the command, and I will shake the house of Israel among all the nations as rain is shaken in a sieve, and not a pebble will reach the ground” (Amos 9:9).
“Then YHVH will scatter you among all nations, from one end of the earth to the other. There you will worship other Elohims-- Elohims of wood and stone, which neither you nor your fathers have known. Among those nations you will find no repose, no resting place for the sole of your foot. There YHVH will give you an anxious mind, eyes weary with longing, and a despairing heart. You will live in constant suspense, filled with dread both night and day, never sure of your life. In the morning you will say, "If only it were evening!" and in the evening, "If only it were morning!"-- because of the terror that will fill your hearts and the sights that your eyes will see” (Deut 28:64-67).
“Ask and see: Can a man bear children? Then why do I see every strong man with his hands on his stomach like a woman in labor, every face turned deathly pale? How awful that day will be! None will be like it. It will be a time of trouble for Jacob, but he will be saved out of it” (Jer 30:6-7). “But if from there you seek YHVH your Elohim, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul. When you are in distress and all these things have happened to you, then in later days you will return to YHVH your Elohim and obey him” (Deut 4:29-30).
For I know the plans I have for you," declares YHVH, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares YHVH, "and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you," declares YHVH, "and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile." (Jer 29:11-14). "`So do not fear, O Jacob my servant; do not be dismayed, O Israel,' declares YHVH. `I will surely save you out of a distant place, your seed from the land of their exile. Jacob will again have peace and security, and no one will make him afraid. I am with you and will save you,' declares YHVH. `Though I completely destroy all the nations among which I scatter you, I will not completely destroy you. I will discipline you but only with justice; I will not let you go entirely unpunished'” (Jer 30:10-11).
Therefore YHVH was angry with his people and abhorred his inheritance. He handed them over to the nations, and their foes ruled over them. Their enemies oppressed them and subjected them to their power. Many times he delivered them, but they were bent on rebellion and they wasted away in their sin. But he took note of their distress when he heard their cry; for their sake he remembered his covenant and out of his great love he relented” (Psa 106:40-45).
********
CONCERNING ISRAEL AND JUDAH
"Hear the word of YHVH, O nations; proclaim it in distant coastlands: `He who scattered Israel will gather them and will watch over his flock like a shepherd'” (Jer 31:10). "My people have been lost sheep; their shepherds have led them astray and caused them to roam on the mountains. They wandered over mountain and hill and forgot their own resting place” (Jer 50:6). “I will save my flock, and they will no longer be plundered. I will judge between one sheep and another” (Eze.34:22). "`For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I myself will search for my sheep and look after them. As a shepherd looks after his scattered flock when he is with them, so will I look after my sheep. I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on a day of clouds and darkness. I will bring them out from the nations and gather them from the countries, and I will bring them into their own land. I will pasture them on the mountains of Israel, in the ravines and in all the settlements in the land. I will tend them in a good pasture, and the mountain heights of Israel will be their grazing land. There they will lie down in good grazing land, and there they will feed in a rich pasture on the mountains of Israel” (Eze 34:11-14).
"`But you, O mountains of Israel, will produce branches and fruit for my people Israel, for they will soon come home. I am concerned for you and will look on you with favor; you will be plowed and sown, and I will multiply the number of people upon you, even the whole house of Israel. The towns will be inhabited and the ruins rebuilt. I will increase the number of men and animals upon you, and they will be fruitful and become numerous. I will settle people on you as in the past and will make you prosper more than before. Then you will know that I am YHVH. I will cause people, my people Israel, to walk upon you. They will possess you, and you will be their inheritance; you will never again deprive them of their children” (Eze 36:8-12).
“I will surely gather them from all the lands where I banish them in my furious anger and great wrath; I will bring them back to this place and let them live in safety. They will be my people, and I will be their Elohim. I will give them singleness of heart and action, so that they will always fear me for their own good and the good of their children after them. I will make an everlasting covenant with them: I will never stop doing good to them, and I will inspire them to fear me, so that they will never turn away from me. I will rejoice in doing them good and will assuredly plant them in this land with all my heart and soul. "This is what YHVH says: As I have brought all this great calamity on this people, so I will give them all the prosperity I have promised them” (Jer 32:37-42).
"In those days, at that time," declares YHVH, "the people of Israel and the people of Judah together will go in tears to seek YHVH their Elohim. They will ask the way to Zion and turn their faces toward it. They will come and bind themselves to YHVH in an everlasting covenant that will not be forgotten” (Jer 50:4-5). "`I will make a covenant of peace with them and rid the land of wild beasts so that they may live in the desert and sleep in the forests in safety. I will bless them and the places surrounding my hill. I will send down showers in season; there will be showers of blessing. The trees of the field will yield their fruit and the ground will yield its crops; the people will be secure in their land. They will know that I am YHVH, when I break the bars of their yoke and rescue them from the hands of those who enslaved them. They will no longer be plundered by the nations, nor will wild animals devour them. They will live in safety, and no one will make them afraid. I will provide for them a land renowned for its crops, and they will no longer be victims of famine in the land or bear the scorn of the nations” (Eze 34:25-29).
`This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am going to take the stick of Joseph-- which is in Ephraim's hand-- and of the Israelite tribes associated with him, and join it to Judah's stick, making them a single stick of wood, and they will become one in my hand.'… and say to them, `This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms. They will no longer defile themselves with their idols and vile images or with any of their offenses, for I will save them from all their sinful backsliding, and I will cleanse them. They will be my people, and I will be their Elohim” (Eze 37:19; 21-23). “I will cleanse them from all the sin they have committed against me and will forgive all their sins of rebellion against me” (Jer 33:8). “I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh. Then they will follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. They will be my people, and I will be their Elohim” (Eze 11:19-20). "Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will now bring Jacob back from captivity and will have compassion on all the people of Israel, and I will be zealous for my holy name. They will forget their shame and all the unfaithfulness they showed toward me when they lived in safety in their land with no one to make them afraid. When I have brought them back from the nations and have gathered them from the countries of their enemies, I will show myself holy through them in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am YHVH their Elohim, for though I sent them into exile among the nations, I will gather them to their own land, not leaving any behind” (Eze 39:25-28).
"However, the days are coming," declares YHVH, "when men will no longer say, `As surely as YHVH lives, who brought the Israelites up out of Egypt,' but they will say, `As surely as YHVH lives, who brought the Israelites up out of the land of the north and out of all the countries where he had banished them.' For I will restore them to the land I gave their forefathers” (Jer 16:14-15). “They will come with weeping; they will pray as I bring them back. I will lead them beside streams of water on a level path where they will not stumble, because I am Israel's father, and Ephraim is my firstborn son” (Jer 31:9)
"I have surely heard Ephraim's moaning: `You disciplined me like an unruly calf, and I have been disciplined. Restore me, and I will return, because you are YHVH my Elohim. After I strayed, I repented; after I came to understand, I beat my breast. I was ashamed and humiliated because I bore the disgrace of my youth.' Is not Ephraim my dear son, the child in whom I delight? Though I often speak against him, I still remember him. Therefore my heart yearns for him; I have great compassion for him," declares YHVH” (Jer 31:18-20).
“The Ephraimites will become like mighty men, and their hearts will be glad as with wine. Their children will see it and be joyful; their hearts will rejoice in YHVH. I will signal for them and gather them in. Surely I will redeem them; they will be as numerous as before. Though I scatter them among the peoples, yet in distant lands they will remember me. They and their children will survive, and they will return. I will bring them back from Egypt and gather them from Assyria. I will bring them to Gilead and Lebanon, and there will not be room enough for them” (Zech 10:7-10). “I will bring Israel back to his own pasture and he will graze on Carmel and Bashan; his appetite will be satisfied on the hills of Ephraim and Gilead” (Jer 50:19).
"In that day I will respond," declares YHVH -- "I will respond to the skies, and they will respond to the earth; and the earth will respond to the grain, the new wine and oil, and they will respond to Jezreel. I will plant her for myself in the land; I will show my love to the one I called `Not my loved one.' I will say to those called `Not my people,' `You are my people'; and they will say, `You are my Elohim.'" (Hos 2:21-23) “For you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to Elohim, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of Elohim; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy” (1Pet 2:9). "At that time," declares YHVH, "I will be the Elohim of all the tribes of Israel, and they will be my people" (Jer 31:1)
"The time is coming," declares YHVH, "when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. It will not be like the covenant I made with their forefathers when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they broke my covenant, though I was a husband to them," declares YHVH. "This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time," declares YHVH. "I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their Elohim, and they will be my people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, `Know YHVH,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest," declares YHVH. "For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more" (Jer 31:31-34) “In those days, at that time," declares YHVH, "search will be made for Israel's guilt, but there will be none, and for the sins of Judah, but none will be found, for I will forgive the remnant I spare” (Jer 50:20). "`The days are coming,' declares YHVH, `when I will fulfill the gracious promise I made to the house of Israel and to the house of Judah” (Jer 33:14).
“YHVH appeared to us in the past, saying: "I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness. I will build you up again and you will be rebuilt, O Virgin Israel. Again you will take up your tambourines and go out to dance with the joyful. Again you will plant vineyards on the hills of Samaria; the farmers will plant them and enjoy their fruit. There will be a day when watchmen cry out on the hills of Ephraim, `Come, let us go up to Zion, to YHVH our Elohim.'" … “They will come and shout for joy on the heights of Zion; they will rejoice in the bounty of YHVH -- the grain, the new wine and the oil, the young of the flocks and herds. They will be like a well-watered garden, and they will sorrow no more. Then maidens will dance and be glad, young men and old as well. I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow. I will satisfy the priests with abundance, and my people will be filled with my bounty," declares YHVH” (Jer 31:3-6; 12-14).

CONCERNING THE HOUSE OF DAVID
"The days are coming,' declares YHVH, `when I will fulfill the gracious promise I made to the house of Israel and to the house of Judah. "`In those days and at that time I will make a righteous Branch sprout from David's line; he will do what is just and right in the land” (Jer 33:14-15). "The days are coming," declares YHVH, "when I will raise up to David a righteous Branch, a King who will reign wisely and do what is just and right in the land. In his days Judah will be saved and Israel will live in safety. This is the name by which he will be called: YHVH Our Righteousness” (Jer 23:5-6). "YHVH will save the dwellings of Judah first, so that the honor of the house of David and of Jerusalem's inhabitants may not be greater than that of Judah” (Zech 12:7). “In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety. This is the name by which it will be called: YHVH Our Righteousness' (Jer 33:16). “On that day YHVH will shield those who live in Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like Elohim, like the Angel of YHVH going before them” (Zech12:8).
”This is what YHVH says: `If you can break my covenant with the day and my covenant with the night, so that day and night no longer come at their appointed time, then my covenant with David my servant-- and my covenant with the Levites who are priests ministering before me-- can be broken and David will no longer have a descendant to reign on his throne. I will make the descendants of David my servant and the Levites who minister before me as countless as the stars of the sky and as measureless as the sand on the seashore'" (Jer 33:20-22). “For this is what YHVH says: `David will never fail to have a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel, nor will the priests, who are Levites, ever fail to have a man to stand before me continually to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings and to present sacrifices'" (Jer 33:17-18). "`Listen, O high priest Joshua and your associates seated before you, who are men symbolic of things to come: I am going to bring my servant, the Branch” (Zech 3:8). “Tell him this is what YHVH Almighty says: `Here is the man whose name is the Branch, and he will branch out from his place and build the temple of YHVH. Even he shall build the temple of YHVH; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both” (Zech 6:12-13).
“Then he said, "Hear now, O house of David! Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will you weary my Elohim also? "Therefore YHVH Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel” (Isa 7:13-14). “For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. and His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty Elohim, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of YHVH of hosts will perform this” (Isa. 9:6-7).
Then the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with Elohim. "And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Yeshua (Jesus). "He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and YHVH Elohim will give Him the throne of His father David. "And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end" (Luke 1:30-33).
“Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of YHVH been revealed? For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, and as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; and when we see Him, There is no beauty that we should desire Him. He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by Elohim, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one, to his own way; and YHVH has laid on Him the iniquity of us all” (Isa. 53:1-6).
“For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren, saying: "I will declare Your name to My brethren; In the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You." And again: "I will put My trust in Him." And again: "Here am I and the children whom Elohim has given Me." Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For indeed He does not give aid to angels, but He does give aid to the seed of Abraham. Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to Elohim, to make propitiation for the sins of the people” (Heb 2:10-17).
“Thus Elohim, determining to show more abundantly to the heirs of promise the immutability of His counsel, confirmed it by an oath, that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for Elohim to lie, we might have strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us. This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil, where the forerunner has entered for us, even Yeshua/Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek” (Heb. 6:17-20).
“He was oppressed and He was afflicted, yet He opened not His mouth; He was led as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its Shearer is silent, so He opened not His mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment, and who will declare His generation? For He was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgressions of My people He was stricken. And they made His grave with the wicked -- but with the rich at His death, because He had done no violence, nor was any deceit in His mouth. Yet it pleased YHVH to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief. When You make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, and the pleasure of YHVH shall prosper in His hand. He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied. By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many, for He shall bear their iniquities. Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong, because He poured out His soul unto death, and He was numbered with the transgressors, and He bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors” (Isa 53: 7-12). “Though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered. And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him, called by Elohim as High Priest "according to the order of Melchizedek" (Heb. 5-10).
“Behold, My Servant shall deal prudently; He shall be exalted and extolled and be very high.” (Isa 53:13).
“The Spirit of YHVH shall rest upon Him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of YHVH. His delight is in the fear of YHVH, and He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, nor decide by the hearing of His ears; but with righteousness He shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked” (Isa 11:2-4). "Behold! My Servant whom I uphold, My Elect One in whom My soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the Gentiles. He will not cry out, nor raise His voice, nor cause His voice to be heard in the street. A bruised reed He will not break, and smoking flax He will not quench; He will bring forth justice for truth. He will not fail nor be discouraged, till He has established justice in the earth; and the coastlands shall wait for His Torah" (Isa 42:1-4).
“Just as many were astonished at him, so His visage was marred more than any man, and His form more than the sons of men; so shall He sprinkle many nations. Kings shall shut their mouths at Him; for what had not been told them they shall see, and what they had not heard they shall consider” (Isa 52:14-15). “But with righteousness He shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked. Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, and faithfulness the belt of His waist” (Isa 11:4-5).
“Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom the one which shall not be destroyed” (Dan 7:14). “ Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever” (Isa 9:7). “And He shall stand and feed His flock in the strength of YHVH, in the majesty of the name of YHVH His Elohim; and they shall abide, for now He shall be great to the ends of the earth” (Mic 5:4).
“Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against YHVH and against His Anointed.”… “ He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; YHVH shall hold them in derision. Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, and distress them in His deep displeasure: "Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion" (Psa 2:1; 4-5).
"I will declare the decree: YHVH has said to Me, 'You are My Son, today I have begotten You.” (Psa 2:7) "And now YHVH says, Who formed Me from the womb to be His Servant, to bring Jacob back to Him, so that Israel is gathered to Him (For I shall be glorious in the eyes of YHVH, and My Elohim shall be My strength), indeed He says, 'It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant To raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved ones of Israel; I will also give You as a light to the Gentiles, that You should be My salvation to the ends of the earth' "(Isa 49:5-6).
“Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter's vessel.' " Now therefore, be wise, O kings; be instructed, you judges of the earth. Serve YHVH with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish in the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him” (Psa 2:8-12).

CONCERNING ISRAEL AND HER ENEMIES
“Hear us, O Shepherd of Israel, you who lead Joseph like a flock; you who sit enthroned between the cherubim, shine forth before Ephraim, Benjamin and Manasseh. Awaken your might; come and save us. Restore us, O Elohim; make your face shine upon us, that we may be saved. O Lord Elohim Almighty, how long will your anger smolder against the prayers of your people?” (Psa. 80:1-4). “O Elohim, do not keep silent; be not quiet, O Elohim, be not still. See how your enemies are astir, how your foes rear their heads. With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish.” "Come," they say, "let us destroy them as a nation, that the name of Israel be remembered no more." With one mind they plot together; they form an alliance against you…” (Psa 83:1-5). We are objects of reproach to our neighbors, of scorn and derision to those around us. How long, O Lord? Will you be angry forever? How long will your jealousy burn like fire? Pour out your wrath on the nations that do not acknowledge you, on the kingdoms that do not call on your name; for they have devoured Jacob and destroyed his homeland” (Psa 79:4-7).
“Look down from heaven and see from your lofty throne, holy and glorious. Where are your zeal and your might? Your tenderness and compassion are withheld from us. But you are our Father, though Abraham does not know us, nor Israel acknowledge us; you, O Lord, are our Father, our Redeemer from of old is your name. Why, O Lord, do you make us wander from your ways and harden our hearts so we do not revere you? Return for the sake of your servants, the tribes that are your inheritance. For a little while your people possessed your holy place, but now our enemies have trampled down our sanctuary. We are yours from of old; but you have not ruled over them, they have not been called by your name“ (Isa 63:15-19).
Help us, O Elohim our Savior, for the glory of your name; deliver us and forgive our sins for your name's sake. Why should the nations say, "Where is their Elohim?" Before our eyes, make known among the nations that you avenge the outpoured blood of your servants…. Then we your people, the sheep of your pasture, will praise you forever; from generation to generation we will recount your praise” (Psa 79:9-10, 13).
“YHVH listened to Israel's plea” (Num 21:3a). “Elohim heard their groaning and he remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac and with Jacob (Ex 2:24) “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: The enemy said of you, "Aha! The ancient heights have become our possession." 'Therefore prophesy and say, `This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because they ravaged and hounded you from every side so that you became the possession of the rest of the nations and the object of people's malicious talk and slander, therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Sovereign Lord: This is what the Sovereign Lord says to the mountains and hills, to the ravines and valleys, to the desolate ruins and the deserted towns that have been plundered and ridiculed by the rest of the nations around you…this is what the Sovereign Lord says: In my burning zeal I have spoken against the rest of the nations, and against all Edom, for with glee and with malice in their hearts they made my land their own possession so that they might plunder its pastureland.'(Ez 36:2-5). "I have heard the insults of Moab and the taunts of the Ammonites, who insulted my people and made threats against their land. Therefore, as surely as I live," declares YHVH Almighty, the Elohim of Israel, "surely Moab will become like Sodom, the Ammonites like Gomorrah-- a place of weeds and salt pits, a wasteland forever. The remnant of my people will plunder them; the survivors of my nation will inherit their land" (Zeph 2:8-9).
“The hand of YHVH will rest on mount Zion; but Moab will be trampled under him as straw is trampled down in the manure. They will spread out their hands in it, as a swimmer spreads out his hands to swim. Elohim will bring down their pride despite the cleverness of their hands” (Isa 25:10-11). "Edom will become an object of horror; all who pass by will be appalled and will scoff because of all its wounds” (Jer 49:17). “Therefore, as surely as I live," declares YHVH Almighty, the Elohim of Israel, "surely Moab will become like Sodom, the Ammonites like Gomorrah-- a place of weeds and salt pits, a wasteland forever. The remnant of my people will plunder them; the survivors of my nation will inherit their land"(Zeph 2:9). “But on Mount Zion will be deliverance; it will be holy, and the house of Jacob will possess its inheritance” (Obad 17) “This is what they will get in return for their pride, for insulting and mocking the people of YHVH Almighty. YHVH will be awesome to them when he destroys all the Elohims of the land. The nations on every shore will worship him, every one in its own land” (Zeph 2:10-11). "The day of YHVH is near for all nations. As you have done, it will be done to you; your deeds will return upon your own head” (Obad 15).
`In those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will enter into judgment against them concerning my inheritance, my people Israel, for they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land…Proclaim this among the nations: Prepare for war! Rouse the warriors! Let all the fighting men draw near and attack. Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears. Let the weakling say, `I am strong!` Come quickly, all you nations from every side, and assemble there. Bring down your warriors, O Lord! ‘Let the nations be roused; let them advance into the Valley of Jehoshaphat, for there I will sit to judge all the surrounding nations. Swing the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, trample the grapes, for the winepress is full and the vats overflow-- so great is their wickedness!` Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of YHVH is near in the valley of decision” (Joel 3:1-2, 9-14).
YHVH Almighty has a day in store for all the proud and lofty, for all that is exalted (and they will be humbled), for all the cedars of Lebanon, tall and lofty, and all the oaks of Bashan, for all the towering mountains and all the high hills, for every lofty tower and every fortified wall, for every trading ship and every stately vessel. The arrogance of man will be brought low and the pride of men humbled; YHVH alone will be exalted in that day” (Isa 2:12-17).
In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his place of rest will be glorious. In that day YHVH will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, from Elam, from Babylonia, from Hamath and from the islands of the sea. He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people of Judah from the four quarters of the earth. Ephraim's jealousy will vanish, and Judah's enemies will be cut off; Ephraim will not be jealous of Judah, nor Judah hostile toward Ephraim. They will swoop down on the slopes of Philistia to the west; together they will plunder the people to the east. They will lay hands on Edom and Moab, and the Ammonites will be subject to them”(Isa 11:10-14).
“Return to the stronghold, you prisoners of hope. Even today I declare That I will restore double to you. For I have bent Judah, My bow, fitted the bow with Ephraim, and raised up your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece, and made you like the sword of a mighty man." Then YHVH will be seen over them, and His arrow will go forth like lightning. YHVH Elohim will blow the trumpet, and go with whirlwinds from the south. (Zech 9:12-13).
“People from the Negev will occupy the mountains of Esau, and people from the foothills will possess the land of the Philistines. They will occupy the fields of Ephraim and Samaria, and Benjamin will possess Gilead. This company of Israelite exiles who are in Canaan will possess as far as Zarephath; the exiles from Jerusalem who are in Sepharad will possess the towns of the Negev. Deliverers will go up on Mount Zion to govern the mountains of Esau. And the kingdom will be YHVH’s” (Obad 19-21).
Then the leaders of Judah will say in their hearts, `The people of Jerusalem are strong, because YHVH Almighty is their Elohim.' "On that day I will make the leaders of Judah like a firepot in a woodpile, like a flaming torch among sheaves. They will consume right and left all the surrounding peoples, but Jerusalem will remain intact in her place” (Zech 12:5-6).
In that day the Egyptians will be like women. They will shudder with fear at the uplifted hand that YHVH Almighty raises against them. And the land of Judah will bring terror to the Egyptians; everyone to whom Judah is mentioned will be terrified, because of what YHVH Almighty is planning against them” (Isa 19:16-17). YHVH will dry up the gulf of the Egyptian sea; with a scorching wind he will sweep his hand over the Euphrates River. He will break it up into seven streams so that men can cross over in sandals” (Isa 11:15). “In that day five cities in Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance to YHVH Almighty. One of them will be called the City of Destruction. In that day there will be an altar to YHVH in the heart of Egypt, and a monument to YHVH at its border. It will be a sign and witness to YHVH Almighty in the land of Egypt. When they cry out to YHVH because of their oppressors, he will send them a savior and defender, and he will rescue them. So YHVH will make himself known to the Egyptians, and in that day they will knowledge YHVH. They will worship with sacrifices and grain offerings; they will make vows to YHVH and keep them. YHVH will strike Egypt with a plague; he will strike them and heal them. They will turn to YHVH, and he will respond to their pleas and heal them” (Isa 19:18-22).
In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria. The Assyrians will go to Egypt and the Egyptians to Assyria. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship together. In that day Israel will be the third, along with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing on the earth. YHVH Almighty will bless them, saying, "Blessed are Egypt my people, Assyria my handiwork, and Israel my inheritance" (Isa 19:23-25). "`No longer will the people of Israel have malicious neighbors who are painful briers and sharp thorns. Then they will know that I am the Sovereign Lord. "`This is what the Sovereign Lord says: When I gather the people of Israel from the nations where they have been scattered, I will show myself holy in them in the sight of the nations. Then they will live in their own land, which I gave to my servant Jacob. They will live there in safety and will build houses and plant vineyards; they will live in safety when I inflict punishment on all their neighbors who maligned them. Then they will know that I am YHVH their Elohim'" (Eze 28:24-26).
"Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say to Gog: `This is what the Sovereign Lord says: In that day, when my people Israel are living in safety, will you not take notice of it? You will come from your place in the far north you and many nations with you, all of them riding on horses, a great horde, a mighty army. You will advance against my people Israel like a cloud that covers the land. In days to come, O Gog, I will bring you against my land, so that the nations may know me when I show myself holy through you before their eyes. "`This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Are you not the one I spoke of in former days by my servants the prophets of Israel? At that time they prophesied for years that I would bring you against them” (Eze 38:14-17).
“Then YHVH will be jealous for his land and take pity on his people. YHVH will reply to them: `I am sending you grain, new wine and oil, enough to satisfy you fully; never again will I make you an object of scorn to the nations. `I will drive the northern army far from you, pushing it into a parched and barren land, with its front columns going into the eastern sea and those in the rear into the western sea. And its stench will go up; its smell will rise. Surely he has done great things” (Joel 2:18-20).
“But be assured today that YHVH your Elohim is the one who goes across ahead of you like a devouring fire. He will destroy them; he will subdue them before you. And you will drive them out and annihilate them quickly, as YHVH has promised you. After YHVH our Elohim has driven them out before you, do not say to yourself, "YHVH has brought me here to take possession of this land because of my righteousness." No, it is on account of the wickedness of these nations that YHVH is going to drive them out before you. It is not because of your righteousness or your integrity that you are going in to take possession of their land; but on account of the wickedness of these nations, YHVH your Elohim will drive them out before you, to accomplish what he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Understand, then, that it is not because of your righteousness that YHVH your Elohim is giving you this good land to possess, for you are a stiff-necked people” (Deut 9:3-6). "Therefore say to the house of Israel, `This is what the Sovereign Lord says: It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned wherever you have gone. I will show the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, the name you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am YHVH, declares the Sovereign Lord when I show myself holy through you before their eyes” (Eze 36:22-23).

CONCERNING A REMNANT OF MY PEOPLE
“This is what YHVH says—I am He who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and all that comes out of it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it” (Isa 42:5). "I am YHVH; that is my name! I will not give my glory to another or my praise to idols. See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you" (Isa 42:8-9). Therefore I told you these things long ago; before they happened I announced them to you so that you could not say, `My idols did them; my wooden image and metal Elohim ordained them.' You have heard these things; look at them all. Will you not admit them? "From now on I will tell you of new things, of hidden things unknown to you. They are created now, and not long ago; you have not heard of them before today. So you cannot say, `Yes, I knew of them.' You have neither heard nor understood; from of old your ear has not been open. Well do I know how treacherous you are; you were called a rebel from birth. For my own name's sake I delay my wrath; for the sake of my praise I hold it back from you, so as not to cut you off. See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction. For my own sake, for my own sake, I do this. How can I let myself be defamed? I will not yield my glory to another” (Isa 48:5-11).
Therefore tell the people: This is what YHVH Almighty says: `Return to me, and I will return to you'. Do not be like your forefathers, to whom the earlier prophets proclaimed: This is what YHVH Almighty said to them: `Turn from your evil ways and your evil practices.' But they would not listen or pay attention to me, declares YHVH. Where are your forefathers now? And the prophets, do they live forever? But did not My words and My decrees, which I commanded My servants the prophets, overtake your forefathers? "Then they repented and said, `YHVH Almighty has done to us what our ways and practices deserve, just as He determined to do'" (Zech 1:3-6).
"Listen to me, O house of Jacob, all you who remain of the house of Israel, you whom I have upheld since you were conceived, and have carried since your birth. Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He, I am He who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you (Isa. 46:3-4). Only acknowledge your guilt—you have rebelled against YHVH your Elohim, you have scattered your favors to foreign Elohims under every spreading tree, and have not obeyed Me,'" declares YHVH. "Return, faithless people," declares YHVH, "for I am your husband. I will choose you-- one from a town and two from a clan-- and bring you to Zion. Then I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding. (Jer. 3:13-15) Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west. I will say to the north, `Give them up!' and to the south, `Do not hold them back.' Bring My sons from afar and My daughters from the ends of the earth-- everyone who is called by My name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made" (Isa 43:5-7).
"`For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land (Eze 36:24). For on My holy mountain, the high mountain of Israel, declares the Sovereign Lord, there in the land the entire house of Israel will serve Me, and there I will accept them. There I will require your offerings and your choice gifts, along with all your holy sacrifices. I will accept you as fragrant incense when I bring you out from the nations and gather you from the countries where you have been scattered, and I will show Myself holy in you in the sight of the nations. Then you will know that I am YHVH, when I bring you into the land of Israel, the land I had sworn with uplifted hand to give to your fathers. There you will remember your conduct and all the actions by which you have defiled yourselves, and you will loathe yourselves for all the evil you have done. You will know that I am YHVH when I deal with you for my name's sake and not according to your evil ways and your corrupt practices, O house of Israel, declares the Sovereign Lord'" (Eze 20:40-44).
`Even now,` declares YHVH, `return to Me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.` Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to Me your Elohim, for I will be gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and will relent from sending calamity. Who knows? I may turn and have pity and leave behind a blessing-- grain offerings and drink offerings for Me, YHVH your Elohim.
Blow the trumpet in Zion, declare a holy fast, call a sacred assembly. Gather the people, consecrate the assembly; bring together the elders, gather the children, those nursing at the breast. Let the bridegroom leave his room and the bride her chamber. Let the priests, who minister before YHVH, weep between the temple porch and the altar. Let them say, `Spare your people, O Lord. Do not make your inheritance an object of scorn, a byword among the nations. Why should they say among the peoples, `Where is their Elohim?'` (Joel 2:12-17)
"`This is what the Sovereign Lord says: On the day I cleanse you from all your sins, I will resettle your towns, and the ruins will be rebuilt. The desolate land will be cultivated instead of lying desolate in the sight of all who pass through it. They will say, "This land that was laid waste has become like the garden of Eden; the cities that were lying in ruins, desolate and destroyed, are now fortified and inhabited." Then the nations around you that remain will know that I YHVH have rebuilt what was destroyed and have replanted what was desolate. I YHVH have spoken, and I will do it' (Eze. 36:33-36). I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. (Eze 36:26). I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. And I will put My Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep My Torah. You will live in the land I gave your forefathers; you will be My people, and I will be your Elohim. (Eze 36:25, 27-28). "And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son” (Zech 12:10).
"Come, let us return to YHVH. He has torn us to pieces but He will heal us; He has injured us but He will bind up our wounds. After two days He will revive us; on the third day He will restore us that we may live before Him. Let us acknowledge YHVH; let us press on to acknowledge Him. As surely as the sun rises, He will appear; He will come to us like the winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth" (Hos 6:1-3).
Be glad, O people of Zion, rejoice in YHVH your Elohim, for He has given you the autumn rains in righteousness. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before. (Joel 2:23) "Set up road signs; put up guideposts. Take note of the highway, the road that you take. Return, O Virgin Israel, return to your towns (Jer 31:21). Even the stork in the sky knows her appointed seasons, and the dove, the swift and the thrush observe the time of their migration. But My people do not know the judgment of YHVH (Jer 8:7). How long will you wander, O unfaithful daughter? YHVH will create a new thing on earth-- a woman will surround a man" (Jer 31:22).
"Behold, I will create new heavens and a new earth. The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in what I will create, for I will create Jerusalem to be a delight and its people a joy. I will rejoice over Jerusalem and take delight in My people; the sound of weeping and of crying will be heard in it no more. "Never again will there be in it an infant who lives but a few days, or an old man who does not live out his years; he who dies at a hundred will be thought a mere youth; he who fails to reach a hundred will be considered accursed. They will build houses and dwell in them; they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit. No longer will they build houses and others live in them, or plant and others eat. For as the days of a tree, so will be the days of my people; my chosen ones will long enjoy the works of their hands (Isa.65:17-22). But now I will not deal with the remnant of this people as I did in the past," declares YHVH Almighty. "The seed will grow well, the vine will yield its fruit, the ground will produce its crops, and the heavens will drop their dew. I will give all these things as an inheritance to the remnant of this people. As you have been an object of cursing among the nations, O Judah and Israel, so will I save you, and you will be a blessing. Do not be afraid, but let your hands be strong" (Zech 8:11–13). "As the new heavens and the new earth that I make will endure before me," declares YHVH, "so will your name and descendants endure. From one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all mankind will come and bow down before Me," says YHVH. (Isa 66:22-23).
*******
CONCLUSION
"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways," declares YHVH. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is My word that goes out from My mouth: It will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it” (Isa 55:8-11).
YHVH said to me, "You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled" (Jer 1:12). “Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says YHVH Almighty” (Zech 4:6). “By myself I have sworn, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear. They will say of me, `In YHVH alone are righteousness and strength.'" All who have raged against him will come to him and be put to shame” (Isa 45:23-24).
“It does not, therefore, depend on man's desire or effort, but on Elohim's mercy” (Rom 9:16). “What if some did not have faith? Will their lack of faith nullify Elohim's faithfulness? Not at all! Let Elohim be true, and every man a liar. As it is written: "So that you may be proved right when you speak and prevail when you judge" (Rom 3:3-4). “If we are faithless, he will remain faithful, for he cannot disown himself” (2 Tim 2:13).
“Listen, my sons, to a father's instruction; pay attention and gain understanding” (Prov 4:1) "The fear of YHVH is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding” (Prov 9:10).
YHVH confides in those who fear him; he makes his covenant known to them” (Psa 25:14). “The secret things belong to YHVH our Elohim, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may follow all the words of this Torah” (Deut 29:29).
“Give thanks to YHVH, for he is good. His mercy endures forever” (Psa. 136:1).
